Full sun. Provide one square foot per plant. Seabor is a hybrid kale variety that produces deep blue-green leaves with a fair amount of leaf curl. We trialed this variety in our market garden in 2015 when Winterbor was unavailable. Seabor does not produce as big a plant nor as big a leaf as Winterbor but it is a good substitute until Winterbor seed is readily available.
Partial shade to full shade. 4 inches. Hardy to zone 5. A vigorous ground cover or a plant to spill over container edges. Lavender, snapdragon-like flowers are borne above scollop-edged heart shaped leaves. This is a prolific self-seeding plant. Deadheading will eliminate unwanted offspring. Prefers a moist well-drained soil.

Sun. Height 18 to 26″. Lemon balm has sweet, lemon-mint scent and flavor. Use its fresh leaves in herbal teas and to flavor seafood and salad dishes. Lemon balm also has medicinal uses.
