Aster, Pink

by Maureen Sullivan on February 2, 2023

Sun.  Height 36″.  Grown from wild collected seed we spied growing, year after year along a roadside.  Pale, but not washy, pink petals appear in mid fall.  Considering what the mother plant endures (road salt, sand and gravel, etc) in it roadside existence we think its offspring will thrive given better conditions. Height and spread is similar to New England aster Alma Potschke but the color is a softer pink
