Full sun. 14 to 16 inches. Habit: mounded. The Alaska series features a pronounced green and cream colored variegated foliage and a wide mix of flower colors. The plant is edible. Use it to spice up your salads with the peppery taste of the flowers and leaves. Avoid adding too much nitrogen fertilizer to your planting as this will reduce flower bud production and encourage soft foliage growth. Grow in moist but well drained soil.
